Late Breaking News at ISCAS 2017 Special Issue of TCASII
A Special Issue of TCAS II has been created to highlight this very selective group of “Late Breaking News” papers. All accepted ISCAS LBN papers are assumed to be of such high quality that their extended versions are automatically solicited for publication, pending review, in this Special Issue of TCASII. The aim of this new venture is to publish technical papers reflecting the most recent and highest impact research and application results in the broad area of Circuits and Systems.
In submitting extended versions of LBN paper to TCASII, authors will be asked to follow the normal IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II guidelines for their full paper submission to TCAS-II website, but please choose "Special Issue ISCAS Latest News". Papers that have not been solicited by invitation will NOT be considered for the special issue. Original research with significant novelty and experimental results is sought.
